The Nelson Housing Authority has been providing housing for eligible low to moderate income individuals and families of our residential community and surrounding areas since 1968. The Nelson Housing Authority is a crescent-shaped home for qualified applicants, with 12 one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and 4 two-bedroom apartments on the second floor.
