Since 1968, the Nelson Housing Authority has been offering housing options to individuals and families in our residential community and nearby areas who fall within the low to moderate income bracket. Our housing facility, shaped like a crescent, caters to qualified applicants and consists of 12 one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and 4 two-bedroom apartments on the second floor.
