There Are Currently 893 Units Available Under Management by the Hall County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Hall County Housing Authority Serves the Grand Island, Metropolitan Area.
The HCHA manages and operates federally subsidized Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs to provide residents affordable housing. The Public Housing Program includes 394 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments as well as scattered site homes. Rent is generally based upon 30 percent of the family’s adjusted income (restrictions apply). All HCHA property is Smoke-Free.
