The Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority is dedicated to helping low and moderately low income families in Winnebago County, WI with affordable rental housing assistance, homebuyer support, and resident services. Established in 1970, the Housing Authority currently oversees more than 650 Public Housing units, which cater to families, singles, disabled individuals, and the elderly. Additionally, they manage over 400 Housing Choice Vouchers, maintain multiple group homes, coordinate a family self sufficiency program, and facilitate the county's home ownership program.
