There Are Currently 1201 Units Available Under Management by the Minot Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Minot Housing Authority Serves the Minot, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Authority of Mingo County has been in existence since 1977 and has grown from serving nine families with rental assistance in the Mingo County area to over 1,443 familes in Mingo, Logan, Wayne, McDowell and Wyoming Counties. Not only does the Housing Authority have a rental assistance program, but it also serves in helping families reach the "American Dream" of becoming homeowners.
