This organization is governed by a Board of Commissioners consisting of five members who are appointed by the Morton County Board of Commissioners for a period of five years. The Morton County Housing Authority manages and oversees subsidized housing with financial support from the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development. Currently, the Housing Authority has 684 Housing Choice Vouchers available. In addition to Morton County, the voucher program is also administered in Grant, McLean, Oliver, and Sioux counties.
