There Are Currently 55 Units Available Under Management by the Eddy County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Eddy County Housing Authority Serves the New Rockford, Metropolitan Area.
It is the mission of Eddy County Housing Authority to assist in providing safe, affordable housing opportunities for persons with low and moderate income and to enhance community efforts to construct, improve and maintain the existing housing stock in the Eddy County area.
