There Are Currently 1701 Units Available Under Management by the South Delta Regional Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the South Delta Regional Housing Authority Serves the Leland, Metropolitan Area.

The South Delta Regional Housing Authority is dedicated to providing this community with quality, affordable housing that is decent, well maintained, and free from drugs and violent crimes.
