There Are Currently 212 Units Available Under Management by the Oxford Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Oxford Housing Authority Serves the Oxford, Metropolitan Area.
The Oxford Housing Authority was organized in the late 1960s with the construction of the first multi-family housing complex in Oxford. The Authority has grown from those original 100 units to 312 units of rental housing scattered over 5 sites throughout the City. As of February 28, 2017, we will have four complexes totaling 212 units because Riverside Place will be closing.
