There Are Currently 76 Units Available Under Management by the Wayne Housing Commission. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Wayne Housing Commission Serves the Wayne, Metropolitan Area.
The Wayne Housing Commission offers housing at various locations within the City of Wayne. At this time, we do not offer the Section 8 Voucher Program. Rental charges are based on 10% of the tenant’s gross yearly income, or 30% of their net income, whichever is greatest, OR a flat rent fee can be assessed if the tenant prefers.
