There Are Currently 134 Units Available Under Management by the Evart Housing Commission. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Evart Housing Commission Serves the Evart, Metropolitan Area.
The Evart Housing Commission is comprised of five individuals who are selected to serve five-year terms. One member of the commission must currently be a tenant of the housing commission. This commission is responsible for overseeing all public housing facilities and rental voucher (Section 8) programs within the City. The scope of their responsibilities includes managing scattered-site rental housing, home purchase programs, and senior residential developments.
