There Are Currently 266 Units Available Under Management by the Baldwin Housing Commission. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Baldwin Housing Commission Serves the Baldwin, Metropolitan Area.
The Baldwin Housing Commission assists Low Income Families, Seniors & Disabled People with affordable Housing. In addition to our Family Homes and Senior Apartments we also assist an average of 180 Low Income Families with Rental Assistance in Lake County, Baldwin School District, cities of Scottville, Ludington, Reed City, Big Rapids and nearby areas at the Housing Commissions Discretion.
