The Baldwin Housing Commission assists Low Income Families, Seniors & Disabled People with affordable Housing. In addition to our Family Homes and Senior Apartments we also assist an average of 180 Low Income Families with Rental Assistance in Lake County, Baldwin School District, cities of Scottville, Ludington, Reed City, Big Rapids and nearby areas at the Housing Commissions Discretion.
