The Baldwin Housing Commission provides affordable housing options for low-income families, seniors, and disabled individuals. Aside from offering family homes and senior apartments, we also provide rental assistance to approximately 180 low-income families in various areas including Lake County, Baldwin School District, Scottville, Ludington, Reed City, Big Rapids, and nearby locations, at the discretion of the Housing Commission.
