There Are Currently 292 Units Available Under Management by the Iron County Housing Commission. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Iron County Housing Commission Serves the Crystal Falls, Metropolitan Area.
The Iron County Housing Commission does hereby adopt a mission statement that shall in prime consideration of the establishment and utilization of a positive resident self-image, the Family Self-Sufficiency, (FSS), Programs and the Existing Homeownership Programs shall be actively encouraged and pursued as a means to assist in the development of a positive resident self-image and economic independence.
The Project Has 30 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
