The Traverse City Housing Commission was created in 1966 by the City of Traverse City. The Housing Commission owns and operates Riverview Terrace Apartments and Orchardview Townhomes. Applications are always accepted for our properties and we utilize a "wait list" to fill our open apartments. Getting on the "wait list" is the first step for all applicants.
