There Are Currently 50 Units Available Under Management by the Gladstone Housing Commission. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Gladstone Housing Commission Serves the Gladstone, Metropolitan Area.
The mission of the Gladstone Housing Commission is to ensure safe, decent, and affordable housing; create opportunities for resident's self-sufficiency and economic independence; and assure fiscal integrity by all program participants. The Commission, a non-profit, government subsidized Housing Commission, was formed in Gladstone, Michigan, in 1967. And in our attempt to provide affordable housing, Fairview and Bayview Manors were built.
