There Are Currently 260 Units Available Under Management by the Bath Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Bath Housing Authority Serves the Bath, Metropolitan Area.

Bath Housing is committed to finding housing solutions so people from all backgrounds and income levels can live, work and thrive. This is critical to maintain well-rounded communities in our region. We work to enhance housing stability for older adults, people with disabilities, and families in the greater Bath area. We provide safe, attractive, efficient, and affordable housing which promotes positive outcomes in education, employment, overall health, and financial stability. Bath Housing Authority manages 185 affordable apartments serving older adults and people with disabilities as well as administers the Housing Choice Voucher Program.
