There Are Currently 105 Units Available Under Management by the Webster Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Webster Housing Authority Serves the Webster, Metropolitan Area.

The Webster Housing Authority is located in south central Massachusetts bordering Thompson Connecticut. The Town has approx 16,000 residents and is located directly off Route 395. Its mission is to offer its residents a clean and safe environment to live in and raise their families. The WHA is committed to partnering with residents to maintain an environment that will be a source of pride for its residents and an asset to the community. The WHA makes a continuing effort to not only maintain its existing properties but seek out additional affordable housing opportunities for the community.
