There Are Currently 154 Units Available Under Management by the Middleborough Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Middleborough Housing Authority Serves the Middleborough, Metropolitan Area.

The Middleborough Housing Authority was created in 1948 to provide affordable housing for lower income veterans and families. We operate within the bounds of the Town of Middleborough Massachusetts and have 190 apartments and 162 vouchers. The Middleborough Housing Authority operates under guidelines set out by their regulatory agencies, the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
