There Are Currently 14 Units Available Under Management by the Halifax Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Halifax Housing Authority Serves the Halifax, Metropolitan Area.

The Halifax Housing Authority was created under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 121B, with the main objective of offering affordable and suitable housing for elderly individuals, veterans, disabled persons, and low-income families. The aim is to ensure that these individuals can access rentals that fit within their financial means, while also guaranteeing decent and secure living conditions. Currently, the Halifax Housing Authority is overseen by the Pembroke Housing Authority.
