There Are Currently 3555 Units Available Under Management by the Brockton Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Brockton Housing Authority Serves the Brockton, Metropolitan Area.
The Brockton Housing Authority is a nationally recognized Housing Authority providing housing and housing assistance to over 4000 families primarily in the Southeastern region of Massachusetts. The Authority manages approximately 2300 physical units and 2700 housing assistance vouchers. The Authority has entered into management agreements with the Hanson and Abington Housing Authorities and also administers the family self-sufficiency program for the Milton Housing Authority. The Authority is affiliated with two nonprofit organizations; the Southeastern Massachusetts Housing Assistance Corporation and the Montello Affordable Housing Corporation.
