There Are Currently 204 Units Available Under Management by the Milton Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Milton Housing Authority Serves the Milton, Metropolitan Area.

The primary goal of the Milton Housing Authority is to offer secure, clean, and reasonably priced housing options for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes. Specifically, we manage a total of 39 senior/disabled housing units, all of which consist of one bedroom and are situated at 65 Miller Avenue. Additionally, we oversee 12 family apartments, comprising of 10 three-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units, spread across various locations. Furthermore, we own and rent out two group homes. As part of our services, we are responsible for the administration of four Massachusetts Rental (MRVP) vouchers.
