There Are Currently 204 Units Available Under Management by the Milton Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Milton Housing Authority Serves the Milton, Metropolitan Area.
The Milton Housing Authority provides safe, sanitary and affordable housing for low and moderate income persons and families. The Milton Housing Authority owns and operates 39 one-bedroom units of senior/disabled housing located at 65 Miller Avenue. In addition, the Milton Housing Authority owns and operates 12 family apartments, 10 three-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom, at scattered site locations. The Milton Housing Authority also owns and leases out two group homes. We also administer 4 Massachusetts Rental (MRVP) vouchers.
