There Are Currently 251 Units Available Under Management by the West Springfield Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the West Springfield Housing Authority Serves the West Springfield, Metropolitan Area.
The West Springfield Housing Authority was established in 1946 to provide affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing for low and moderate income persons; and to create an environment which enables residents to live responsibly, with dignity, and to support them in their efforts to achieve self-sufficiency. In addition, our goals are to honor public commitments in a fiscally and ethically responsible manner, and to remain committed to working cooperatively with community, state, federal and local officials in addressing housing needs.
