There Are Currently 6 Units Available Under Management by the Swansea Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Swansea Housing Authority Serves the Swansea, Metropolitan Area.

Our elderly and non-elderly disabled housing was established on Gardners Neck Road in the late 1960s. Martin Court comprises 64 units, with four of them being wheelchair accessible. Over the years, the Swansea Housing Authority obtained a State-aided house with 689 units specifically for disabled individuals. Currently, the house is maintained by Fellowship, Inc., which serves elderly disabled clients. There are currently eight residents living there. Additionally, our Federal Public Housing program includes six scattered sites across the Town. These sites consist of two and three bedroom ranch-style houses that are occupied by low-income families and receive subsidies from the Housing and Urban Development department.
