The Fall River Housing Authority has been offering affordable public housing for the city of Fall River Massachusetts since 1938. We have apartments and vouchers available for 4,900 families, providing safe, well maintained, and affordable quality housing units. We work to develop, acquire, operate, and lease out affordable housing options for our residents who have limited income. The funding for Fall River Housing Authority primarily comes from the federal government through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD), and the collection of resident rents.
