There Are Currently 179 Units Available Under Management by the Sandwich Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Sandwich Housing Authority Serves the Sandwich, Metropolitan Area.

The Sandwich Housing Authority provides affordable housing for senior citizens, families, and people with special needs at properties located on George Fernandes Way,  Hansen Village on Tom’s Way, as well as several SHA-owned single family homes  and other privately-owned rental properties throughout the Town of Sandwich.
