There Are Currently 514 Units Available Under Management by the Lake Cumberland Housing Agency Inc. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Lake Cumberland Housing Agency Inc Serves the Jamestown, Metropolitan Area.
Since 1975 Lake Cumberland Housing has been serving the counties of Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor and Wayne to assist residents with finding decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing.
The Project Has 25 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
