There Are Currently 616 Units Available Under Management by the Pike County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Pike County Housing Authority Serves the Pikeville, Metropolitan Area.
Our goal is to provide decent, safe, and sanitary rental housing for eligible families and to provide opportunities and promote self-sufficiency and economic independence for Housing Choice Voucher Participants.
