There Are Currently 30 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Beattyville. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Beattyville Serves the Beattyville, Metropolitan Area.

In the past 28 years, Beattyville Housing has successfully constructed more than 90 new homes, aiming to create a well-organized and thriving community that promotes private homeownership and enhances the overall quality of life. These efforts have been primarily focused on Lee, Wolfe, and Owsley Counties. By collaborating with local contractors, Beattyville Housing and Development have managed to build these homes while also assisting over 200 families in Lee, Owsley, and Wolfe counties with their homeowner rehabilitation projects. As of now, several additional housing units are currently being constructed at various stages of completion.
