There Are Currently 467 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of Cynthiana. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of Cynthiana Serves the Cynthiana, Metropolitan Area.

Cynthiana Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program – Section 8. These programs are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.
