There Are Currently 62 Units Available Under Management by the Augusta Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Augusta Housing Authority Serves the Augusta, Metropolitan Area.
Augusta Housing Authority began in 1970 with two projects: Osage Manor and Spencer Apartments serving income-based families. The mission of the Augusta Housing Authority is the same as that of the Department of Housing and Urban Development: To promote adequate and affordable housing, economic opportunity and a suitable living environment free from discrimination.
