Lincoln hills development corporation (lhdc) was founded in 1965 to serve the citizens of southern indiana, primarily in crawford, harrison, perry and spencer counties. The agency is funded through a combination of federal, state and local resources. The primary objective of lhdc is to provide self-help and self-sufficiency opportunities for the low income citizens of the service area, while continually striving to address the unmet service needs.
