Housing Opportunities of Warsaw (HOW) was formed in 1997 and was certified through the State of Indiana as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) in May of 1998. HOW has utilized both government and private funding to improve the housing conditions of families throughout Kosciusko County.
