There Are Currently 512 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Warsaw. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Warsaw Serves the Milford, Metropolitan Area.

Housing Opportunities of Warsaw (HOW) was formed in 1997 and was certified through the State of Indiana as a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) in May of 1998. HOW has utilized both government and private funding to improve the housing conditions of families throughout Kosciusko County.
