There Are Currently 320 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Charlestown. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Charlestown Serves the Charlestown, Metropolitan Area.
The CHA is committed to serving those in need of quality housing through our Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs. The Public Housing program offers one to four bedroom apartments and handicapped accessible apartments as well. Our Housing Choice Voucher Program currently has a waiting list that is open for applications. Please contact our office for questions regarding these programs.
