There Are Currently 288 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Thomaston. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Thomaston Serves the Thomaston, Metropolitan Area.
We enthusiastically aim to apply strong efforts to break the poverty cycle by serving as a vehicle for our residents to become economically self-sufficient; create meaningful partnerships to maximize available community resources for our residents; and efficiently and effectively meet federal, state and local mandates. Since 1969 the Thomaston Housing Authority has provided decent, safe and sanitary housing to low income families in Thomaston, Georgia.
