The Housing Authority of the City of Ellaville, Georgia offers cost-effective housing options for individuals, couples, and families. All apartments are priced according to income levels. Our units consist of flat housing with a variety of floor plans. Our duplex units are strategically placed throughout our community, providing families with a tranquil country living atmosphere, complete with expansive lawns and yards for quality family time. There is no fee to apply, but a security deposit is necessary. In total, we have 40 units available, ranging in bedroom sizes from one to five.
