First chartered by the Georgia State Legislature in May, 1965, the Housing Authority of the City of Covington is fully committed to promoting and providing quality housing throughout our community. We currently provide homes to over 300 families throughout the City of Covington. In the last 3 years, we have spent over $1M updating and renovating our current neighborhoods with more plans to continue these renovations in 2021. We are working to expand our housing services to include homes for sale and a greater variety of affordable market rate rentals. It is truly our pleasure to provide the places you call home
