There Are Currently 539 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Dublin. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Dublin Serves the Dublin, Metropolitan Area.

Since 1949, the Dublin Housing Authority has been dedicated to serving the low-income population in Dublin and Laurens County. Initially, our focus was on providing safe and sanitary housing. However, our mission has evolved over time. Now, we strive to help residents achieve self-actualization and sustain self-sufficiency. Our programs are designed to help individuals identify their goals and provide them with the resources to turn those goals into reality. Our ultimate objective is to support and maintain strong family structures. Thanks to our success in securing the Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency-Service Coordinators grant for three consecutive terms over nine years, we are able to offer educational and vocational competency programs. We understand that obstacles such as transportation and childcare can hinder progress. That's why we have implemented an on-site After School Program and the DHA Van/Bus program to help overcome these barriers.
