There Are Currently 165 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Ocilla. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Ocilla Serves the Ocilla, Metropolitan Area.
The Housing Authority of the City of Ocilla, Georgia was established in 1952 to address the needs of housing for low to moderate income families. It is currently governed by six commissioners appointed by the Mayor. They oversee an Executive Director and staff that carry out the daily duties and responsibilities of the Authority.
