The Housing Authority of the City of Benicia, also known as Benicia Housing Authority (BHA), is a local public agency providing safe, decent, and in good repair affordable housing for extremely low to moderate income families, seniors, and persons with disabilities in the City of Benicia. BHA administers numerous programs which are federally funded and/or state funded.
