There Are Currently 80 Units Available Under Management by the City of South San Francisco Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the City of South San Francisco Housing Authority Serves the South San Francisco, Metropolitan Area.
Established in 1977 pursuant to the laws of the State of California to transact business and to have powers as defined therein and is regulated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Commission approves the awarding of bids for any work to be done in the Authority (e.g., painting, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance), changes to all policies, lease agreements, and contracts.
