There Are Currently 399 Units Available Under Management by the Placer County Housing Authority. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Placer County Housing Authority Serves the Auburn, Metropolitan Area.
The Placer County Housing Authority (PCHA) received a special allocation of 26 Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV) by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The EHVs will provide rental assistance to individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness; at risk of experiencing homelessness; fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking; or were recently homeless and rental assistance will prevent the individual or family’s homelessness or high risk of housing instability.
