There Are Currently 633 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Redondo Beach. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Redondo Beach Serves the Redondo Beach, Metropolitan Area.

The Redondo Beach Housing Authority administers two programs for the city: The Section 8 Rent Assistant Program and The Landlord/Tenant Fair Housing Program. Both programs are funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which is a branch of the federal government.
