There Are Currently 720 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Norwalk Serves the Norwalk, Metropolitan Area.

The Housing Authority provides subsidies for low-income families to help them meet their monthly rent payments through the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program. Applicants must be eligible based upon income and citizenship criteria. Eligible rental housing must be in the City of Norwalk and meet health and safety standards.
