There Are Currently 789 Units Available Under Management by the Chandler Housing & Redevelopment Division. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Chandler Housing & Redevelopment Division Serves the Chandler, Metropolitan Area.

The city of chandler public housing authority is administered by the housing and redevelopment division, which oversees and manages public housing units and the housing choice voucher: section 8 program. The division also operates and links to other supportive services for those living in affordable and federally subsidized housing programs. Our primary focus is to provide affordable rental housing for low-income households. On occasion, we develop, operate or link to other affordable housing opportunities.
