There Are Currently 34 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Kensett. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Kensett Serves the Kensett, Metropolitan Area.

Since the early 1970’s, Kensett Housing Authority of Arkansas has been serving low and moderate-income residents by providing them with decent, safe, and sanitary housing. Our history as a public housing authority shows that we provide unique services that go well beyond the housing services provided by the private market. We are a family-friendly community that maintains a smoke-free, drug-free facility to help ensure the health and safety of our tenants and their neighbors.
