There Are Currently 355 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Osceola. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Osceola Serves the Osceola, Metropolitan Area.

We are a Public Housing Authority established to provide housing for U.S. citizens in Osceola, Arkansas. As the twenty-first Public Housing Authority in the state, we have become the eleventh largest in terms of public housing units. Our growth and development began in the 1960s with the creation of the Hyatt and Northgate neighborhoods (Bronx and Rosenwald). Over time, we expanded to include four additional neighborhoods: Eastgate in the mid-1960s, followed by Shirley Drive and Chestnut Circle in the early 1970s. In the same period, we also developed East Hale, a neighborhood specifically designed for adults.
