There Are Currently 105 Units Available Under Management by the Franklin County Public Housing Agency. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Franklin County Public Housing Agency Serves the Ozark, Metropolitan Area.

The Franklin County Housing Authority is made up of four developments. Meadow Creek Manor (Meadow Creek 1 & 2) are located in Chambersburg and is home to our elderly and family communities. Meadow Creek 1 is made up of 99 units for our elderly and disabled. Meadow Creek 2 is made up of 146 units for our families. Village Green is located in Waynesboro and is home to our elderly community. Valley View Village is also located in Waynesboro and is home to our family community. Village Green is made up of 59 units for our elderly and disabled. Valley View Village is made up of 60 units for our families. Meadow Creek Manor hosts the annual National Night Out. First Start Partnership and Head Start are located in Meadow Creek Manor's development since 2018.
