There Are Currently 105 Units Available Under Management by the Franklin County Public Housing Agency. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Franklin County Public Housing Agency Serves the Ozark, Metropolitan Area.
The Franklin County Housing Authority consists of four different developments. In Chambersburg, we have Meadow Creek Manor, which is divided into Meadow Creek 1 and Meadow Creek 2. These areas cater to our elderly and family communities. Meadow Creek 1 offers 99 units for the elderly and disabled, while Meadow Creek 2 provides 146 units for families. Waynesboro is home to two more developments. Village Green is exclusively for the elderly and offers 59 units, while Valley View Village is designated for families and has 60 units. Every year, Meadow Creek Manor organizes the National Night Out event. Additionally, since 2018, Meadow Creek Manor's development has been hosting First Start Partnership and Head Start.
The Project Has 40 Total Buildings. The Units Consists Of Both Public Housing And Section 8 Apartment Units.
