There Are Currently 70 Units Available Under Management by the Housing Authority of the City of Heber Springs. These Low-income Housing Units Consist of Section 8, Public Housing, and Low-income Housing Tax Credit Properties. the Housing Authority of the City of Heber Springs Serves the Heber Springs, Metropolitan Area.

Since the early 1970’s, the Heber Springs Housing Authority of Arkansas has been serving Low and Moderate-income residents by providing them with decent, safe and sanitary housing.  Our history as a public housing authority shows that we provide unique services that go well beyond the housing services provided by the private market. We are a Family friendly community that maintains a smoke-free, drug free facility to help ensure the health and safety of our tenants and their neighbors. We have a zero tolerance for Social Security, Disability, and welfare fraud.
