The Dubuque Housing Authority opened its Section 8 waitlist on May 14th, from the hours of 6 AM to 7 PM. To apply, individuals must submit their applications in person at the Multicultural Family Center, located at 1157 Central Avenue, between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM. Please note, no other forms of application submission will be accepted.
