As one of Santa Fe's largest landlords, the Authority manages 198 public housing units, 307 Housing Choice Vouchers, and various programs like the Housing Choice Voucher Homeownership, ROSS, FSS, and CFP. Funded mainly through rental income and HUD subsidies, the Authority also oversees over 2,000 affordable rental units for a diverse population, successfully maintaining production even in economic downturns due to innovative funding and strong partnerships across governmental, private, and nonprofit sectors.
