Their programs include a Homeless Prevention Program that provides financial assistance to individuals and families facing eviction or utility shut-offs. They also offer a Rapid Rehousing Program which helps homeless residents to quickly find stable housing. Other services include emergency shelter referrals, case management, budget counseling, and tenant education. All of these programs are designed to prevent homelessness and help those who are homeless regain stability in their lives.
